Refunds & Returns Policy

At Napa Valley Chocolate Company, your happiness means everything to us. Our handcrafted confections are made in small batches and shipped with care so they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left our kitchen in Napa Valley. But if something ever goes wrong, we promise to make it right.

Refunds and Replacements

• If your order arrives damaged, melted, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Dodi@NapaValleyChocolateCo.com
• Because our chocolates are perishable and cannot be resold, you do not need to return them.
• We will gladly provide either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement shipment — whichever makes you happiest.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days once we confirm your request.

Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns.
• Please enjoy or share what you have received, and know that we will still honor our promise of satisfaction.
