Finally! Always LOVED as a child........

I grew up in Van Nuys, "The" SFV, LA/SoCal. A child of the 1960s. My mother all my gifted to me, she knew was my all-time favorite. She even sent to me once I went away for 10 years in the US Army. Either purchased at See' Candies or Morrow's Nut house in a mall. Like all my childhood favorites, stores closed. Never could find again. Did only once, in the Woodlands Texas in 2012, but when returned, gone/closed family shop. Any shop claiming online never what I wanted. Until this company. Each piece iIs about 1/4 the size of what I grew up used to, but covered with dark chocolate, so much better! Thank you! I will return!!

We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order not being received and that this led to a one-star review. We truly aim to make every order go smoothly and regret that this experience was frustrating for you.

In this case, we took all possible steps on our end to help resolve the situation. Because the address provided to us was incorrect, the package was marked undeliverable and should have been returned to us. We offered to re-ship it as soon as it was received back, with only the additional shipping cost due. Unfortunately, the package was never returned to us, and the re-shipment fee was not completed. Tracking also showed the parcel remaining in Langley until November 18th.

We also recommended checking with your local post office, as tracking suggested it might still be there, and we filed a missing-package report to assist further.

Given these circumstances, it’s difficult for us to see what more could have been done from our side. The challenges arose from the incorrect address and the package not being retrieved despite our suggestions.

We hope this helps clarify the situation, and we remain willing to assist in any way we can within our ability.
